I help you focus on patient care while still enjoying your day-to-day life — whether that’s being present for bedtime, celebrating family birthdays, or finally catching up with friends.

With strong time-management, organisational skills, and attention to detail, I ensure every task is completed accurately and on time. I take a friendly, supportive approach and invest the time to get to know you, your practice, and your patients.
A bit about me...
Hi, I’m Vicki Sullivan (Bedford until two years ago!). I have two wonderful, wild little boys who inspired me to start VS Virtual Support. When my eldest began primary school, I quickly realised that the traditional 9–5 just doesn’t work when you want to be present for all the little moments.

I was already working remotely — and loving it — so I decided to take my extensive private practice management and admin experience and create a business that works for both me and my family.
​
With over a decade of supporting consultants and managing private practices — particularly within dermatology and plastic surgery — I’ve built a strong foundation in delivering high-quality, reliable admin support. People who’ve worked with me describe me as hardworking, efficient, loyal, and friendly, and I genuinely believe there’s no problem that can’t be solved with a positive attitude.

I love building real relationships with my clients and being someone they can trust to get things done with care and attention.
